Running tests
Can I use my existing test scripts?
Yes. Upload the test plan with its CSV data files and plugins. Extra properties go under Advanced settings in the test configuration.
How do I generate load from different countries?
Choose one or more regions in the Geolocation section when you create a test, and set how many engines run in each.
Can I set the network speed?
Yes. Pick a profile in the Network section, from 2G (384 kbit/s) to 100 Gbit/s. The limit applies to each virtual user.
Can tests run on a schedule?
Yes. Open Schedules, pick the test, a start time and how often it repeats: every few hours, days, weeks or months.
Can I compare runs?
Yes. Open the project, switch on Compare mode, choose up to 10 runs and the metrics. Mark one as the baseline to see changes in percent.
Can I run tests through a VPN?
No. To reach systems behind a firewall, use Dedicated IPs (one per engine) for your allow-list, or run a private engine inside your network.
Results
Where do I find detailed statistics?
Every run has a dashboard and a report: percentiles, throughput, errors by response code, per-request tables and engine health. You can add your own dashboard panels.
Can my team be notified?
Yes. Choose notification types in account settings, and connect Slack, Microsoft Teams or a webhook for run events.
Can I filter projects?
Yes. Label projects and filter by label.
Plans and billing
How do I buy a plan?
Create an account (a free plan is added automatically), then upgrade from My Account. Problems? Write to support@loadmance.com.
Which plan should I choose?

Can I keep results for longer?
Yes, retention can be extended. Contact sales@loadmance.com.
Can I use my own IP addresses?
Dedicated IPs are provided by Loadmance, at $30 per IP per month on paid plans.
Can I cancel an annual plan?
Within the first 15 days, without conditions. After that, the annual discount used so far is charged as a withdrawal fee. Monthly plans are prepaid and close at the end of the month.
Can I transfer my account?
No, accounts cannot be transferred.
